Hello. I have an app running on EC2 that is attached to a react native front end application. I am trying to find out if I can make the existing IP address elastic, so that I can shut down the instance that is running and retain the same IP address that is already associated with the instance. The instance I’m referencing is instance ID: i-0cebfb3185084a719

public IP address: 13.59.119.180

I did not set this up myself, a developer did for me when this app was built. It looks like it might already have this ip address, set up as an elastic instance. Can you confirm? I want to know if I shut the instance down if I will be able to start it up again with the same IP address Thank you
